3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Keg at the Newman Street Tavern, London. Clear orange, lightly sparkling, small foamy white head, full lacing. Aroma is soft cardboard, dried flowers. Body is medium, slightly foamy, low carbonation. Taste is biscuity, sweet, softly flowery - dried hop flowers, citrus, soft bitterness with a pleasant dryness. Excellent lager.

0,33 flaske fra HelgøMeny Hundvågkrossen: klar lys gylden med kort skum. Liten men ufrisk aroma av halvvissent gress, og smaken er rett og slett daff. Bortkastede penger. Oh, such a boring beer.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Keg at the Hereward, Ely. Deep golden and fizzy. A small ring of white head encircles the top of the beer. Smells of not a lot: gardenia, honey, some sulphur. Taste is light, slightly sweet with more of a sulphur tang. Very short finish. Nothing to it really.

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
A pale golden coloured beer with a frothy white head. A pungent rubbery, slightly skunky aroma on opening the bottle, this is followed but a light lemony aroma. Weak and dry mouthfeel. A light lemony fruit hop flavour, then a faint biscuity malt flavour. The finish is weak and short lived.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Modest and diminishing off white head, clear golden body, laceless.
Aroma; lemon, hops, lime, juicy lemony malts and caramel malts.
Taste; lemon’ish hops, lime, caramel malts, orange.
Fruity, fresh, clean, easy. Pale caramel malts in the finish. People who too often drink san-miguel-stuff and coronas, should try this beer. It’s got more taste, for sure. Premium lager indeed.
