50 cl bottle. Dark golden color. Nice off-white head. Fruity, floral, sweet malt/caramell. Banana in aftertaste. Dry bitterness, a bit syntethic. A strange beer, but not bad.

Orange-golden crispy clear colour. White head with a small tan. Creamy. Aroma brings a slight feel from hops, flower, malt and grass. Same goes with the flavor. A very small hint of biterness in the end.

Bottle, Fishers, Oxford. Redish copper, white cap of foam. Hard candy aroma, a bit of bready malt. Nice earthy hops, light tawny malt, bright carbonation. Unassuming, but a pleasurable glass. One of the nicest Iíve tried from Shep so far.

Golden with a nice head. the aroma leads my thoughts towards a field of summer flowers... The flavour is smooth and has a nice bitterness and hints of flower and honey. The overall impression is a light, refreshing ale with personality.

Bottle. Clear deep amber with a solid offwhite head. Spicy hops aroma. Flavours are balanced, some maltiness prevails through the bitterness. Some toffee character, otherwise quite neutral. Watery texture. Drinkable, but not over-exciting.

A good solid ale. Amber colour but a quickly disappearing head. Nice saltiness on the finish. Good without being exceptional. What I expect from a UK ale. Donít know about the organic line though. Canít say I care.

Ethereal (2417) - Los Angeles, California, USA - MAY 6, 2007
500ml bottle. Pours an amber colour, ferocious carbonation leads to a big fluffy white head. Aroma is hoppy, flavour is a bland bitterness, finished off with a thin watery palate. This is an inoffensive but instantly forgettable beer and you can do so much better. I was given this bottle as a gift, I certainly wonít be buying one for myself.

RoyceH (1196) - Hesperange, LUXEMBOURG - MAY 4, 2007
Bottle. Pours an amber colour with a huge white head. Nose is yeasty and hoppy, some sweet malts, faint bread. Mouth is quite thin and watery, bitter hop from the start, some slight sweetness with metallic twinge, something slightly witbier about it. Palate is more bitter, also quite watery. Very standard and straightforwad for an organic ale.

DruncanVeasey (7134) - NUNEATON, Top 13, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - MAY 1, 2007
Crystal red amber pour. Bready malt and curranty hop snout. Really not a fan of that stale, cardboardy, cartoon hoppiness (Hallertau?). Bitter, papery and grainy but with creamy fresh bread afters. A nibble of biscuit. Well-made but bog standard organic ale.
