Bottle from Tesco and drunk on a train. Clear gold lasting white head. A little thin on the aroma Touch of plastic. OK malt in the mouth. Some dryness on the finish. Gets better as it goes along. Just a little empty and dull.

Strong deep white head, held well because the beer is highly carbonated, dark straw like golden colour. taste is a little watery, hints of spice and malt. Drinkable.

Live rating 500ml bottle served cool at home. Sparkly amber with a white froth. Slightly metallic aroma. Plain biscuit flavour, with a hint of lime. Watery palate, lively carbonation finish starts bitter, then peters out. O.K. but I deducted points for misspelling "palate" on the label.

A mid amber coloured beer with a frothy white head. A strong, skunky, rubbery aroma on opening the bottle, there is a hint of malt once this dissipates. Dry and fizzy mouthfeel. The taste starts off with a light malt flavour, biscuit and cereal, this is followed by a zesty hop flavour, unfortunately this is all undermined by the continuation of the skunky aspect lingering from the aroma. The finish is fizzy and zesty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from a supermarche; clear light copper pour with a frothy beige head, caramel and malt aroma, taste has sweet caramel, some bready malts, a hint of spice, a bit uninspiring.

0.5 l bottle. Dark gold color with good white foam. Aroma: good malt and hops, white bread, fruits, some citrus. Taste: malt, fruity acidity of citrus, light hop bitterness, refreshing summer ale.

Not bad but found the aftertaste unpleasantly bitter. Not a favourite unlike the Whitstable Bay organic ale.

Modest off white head on the clear orange golden body. Aroma; fruity malts, meadowsweets, floral hops, wet fruity grass, sourgrass points, caramel notes. Taste; malts, fruity grassy hops, wort, grains, dry meadwort, small notes of roasted malts, notes of bread, moving to a malty finish with hops notes. Fresh, clean, normal body, easy to drink. Good brew. [50cl cl btl, abv4%, BBu, B@Eurospar]

Bottle at home. The colour is clear, amber with a beige head. Sweet aroma of fudge, caramel, leather, wood and some diacetyl. The flavour is alike and a little dry. There’s also some metal and grass. Has a light and slick mouth feel, and a balanced bitterness. A decent ale. Nice aroma but maybe a bit boring taste.
