Clear golden colour. Lots of ripe sweet apples on the nose and flavor, a bit too sweet on the flvour. Notes of oak on the nose also. Acidic and medium dry palate. Quite refreshing despite the sweetness.

Bottled counting house. Everything about this cider says im a sheppys cider. Aroma is over ripe and tart vinigar apple cidr, sheppy style. Taste is again tart cider vinigar quality, the carbonation makes ift quite refreshing. I made the mistake of trying to down this and was almost sick.

Bottle. Golden and fairly still. Aromas are earthy ripe apple, fairly sweet. Flavours are sweet apple. Dry with some sourness. Like Magners, probably better over ice?

Bottle at ’Spoons, Milton Keynes. Very pale gold with lots of carbonation. Faint aroma, quite sour. Sweet fruity taste was disappointingly bland and thin. Pretty ordinary.
