Oct 4, 2007 Bottled counting house. Everything about this cider says im a sheppys cider. Aroma is over ripe and tart vinigar apple cidr, sheppy style. Taste is again tart cider vinigar quality, the carbonation makes ift quite refreshing. I made the mistake of trying to down this and was almost sick.

Sep 23, 2007 Bottle. Golden cider with quite an apple aroma, and a watery apple and light flavour. Overall an average drink.

Sep 18, 2007 Bottle. Golden and fairly still. Aromas are earthy ripe apple, fairly sweet. Flavours are sweet apple. Dry with some sourness. Like Magners, probably better over ice?

Sep 14, 2007 Bottle at ’Spoons, Milton Keynes. Very pale gold with lots of carbonation. Faint aroma, quite sour. Sweet fruity taste was disappointingly bland and thin. Pretty ordinary.
