500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Poured with a fizzy but quickly disappearing white head & a clear golden amber body. Good red/green apple balance with some underpinning sugary honey sweetness aroma-wise. Similar on the tongue but with less honey presence. Light to medium body, soft to medium carbonation with a medium length sweet/sour finish.
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 worldbeertaste (1117) - Lancashire, ENGLAND - OCT 9, 2011
Light honey yellow colour with thin carbonation. Regular cider smell. Crisp. Light body. Sour apple taste and a strong dry acid center with a very faint honey aftertaste.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 downender (5185) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - APR 3, 2009
Bottle bought at Brewer’s Droop, Bristol. Lively pour, golden colour and moderate carbonation. Tart aroma of apples with some honeyed sweetness. Flavour was dry, with plenty of apples, woodiness, and yeast, smoothed by the honey, finishing with some more tartness. The honey gave this a bit more character. Good.
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 wheresthepath (1285) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - DEC 27, 2008
[500ml bottle from a farm shop somewhere in Devon] Dry and tart at first with a crisp fizz. The honey leaves a lingering creamy sweetness. Very refreshing, yet more-ish. Im no fan of cider normally, but I liked this very much indeed!
3.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 turbothy (1007) - Bonn, GERMANY - OCT 7, 2008
Golden yellow cider with a nice apple aroma. Quite heavy flavour and mouthfeel, lacks some acidity but otherwise good.

Bottle. pale blonde. Oak, honey and apple in the aroma. Swetish apple flavor with persisting notes of oak, especially in the aftertaste. Honey. A considerable dry out effect. Sawdust. Thirst quenching, not too sweet and even some complexity.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20 hughie (3994) - Bedford, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 13, 2008
Pale gold. Sweet aroma with a promising tart background. Taste has a little sourness and even the beginning of a back of the throat dryness. Mainly, though, it’s a not unpleasant if slightly thin sweetness. I’m not sure I’d have identified it as honey.
3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Papsoe (25131) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 24, 2008
(Bottle 50 cl) Clear golden with a rough, white head that dissipates in no time. Lightly tart apple aroma. Medium body with dry apple notes and some acidity. The honey isn’t very distinct but I believe it adds a certain smoothness to the mouthfeel. Fairly high in carbonation with a dry finish. Very drinkable. 190208

Blond color. Nice aroma of ripe apples and vanilla. Dry mouthfeel, woody, ripe apples. Complex end. Refreshing.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 harrisoni (10909) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JUN 12, 2006
500ml bottle from Sainsbury. Crystal clear gold colour with no head. Does smell of apple and honey. Then again I like honey, but I’m not sure it works here. Apple juice aroma before sweet honey takes over. OK in mouth. Sweetish toffee honey apple on end. Dry eventually on finish. Bit too honey dominated for me.
