Pint at the Spoons cider festival in Sunderland. I’ve had a couple of Sheppys ciders that I’ve really enjoyed, and I suppose if I’m honest , there’s nothing wrong with this one.So... clear gold, light carbonation, tastes of apples leather and farmyard, and the alcohol is welcome and warming, but it’s a bit dull, and a pint was too much.

Bag-in-the-box at The Globe, King’s Lynn, simply as Sheppy’s Farmhouse Cider
Golden color with small frothy head. The aroma of apples lightly sour. Smooth, with light residual sweetness well complemented by light vinegary acidity; mild flavor of apple juice too.
Very pleasant.
