500 ml bottle. Rich golden colour. Crystal clear. Coarse white head. Rich ripe appley aroma. Sweet aroma. Notes of oak. Light tannins. Low carbonation level. Quite rich, but extremely complex. Soft texture and with some residual sugars. That said it is not extremely interesting either. Drinkable.

Jun 15, 2008 Thin coarse head does not last. Golden body. Sweet wooden apple aroma with mealy sulphur notes. Sweetish watery apple taste with sulphur notes. No aftertaste. BORING! (0.5l bottle from gr0ve.)

Mar 20, 2008 Bottle. Clear golden colour with a nice head. Aroma of apple, wood, and fart. Flavour of earth, wood, and apple. Ends up very dry indeed.

Mar 20, 2008 500ml bottle from Morrisons. Orange gold with no head. Cider no. 3 on cider night. Woody appley aroma. At least it’s a bit interesting. Kind of stewed apple with some unsubtle wood. Some character. It reminds me a bit of stewed rhubarb. Still, not wonderful.

Feb 9, 2008 Bottled. A yellow beer with a fast disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet yet acidic with notes of wood and a light touch of apples. THe flavor is sweet and acidic with light notes of apples, and a dry finish. Somewhat odd.
