A dry cider made with a blend of apple varieties.
Note: The version currently (late 2012) on sale in the UK is the medium version, although this is not clearly specified on the label. Please do not add any further ratings here unless you have seen the word "Dry" on the bottle.

Made under organic standards from home-grown cider apples, this traditional cider spends time ’on the lees’ after fermentation to develop a richer flavour.

500ml bottle (K Kamppi, Helsinki) - presuming its dry from the taste
Slightly watery aroma, but quite perfumey too. Fairly pale, quite fizzy. Fizzy in the mouth too, but more noticable is how freaking dry this is. Tanniny, and raspingly dry. No full aspects of any kind at all. Lacking apple, theonly hint of appleyness is of some dry as fuck skins. Lacking character too in some ways. It’s a wizened old crone. I’m afraid it might do nasty magic on me.

50 cl bottle @ Home. Rated on 01.07.2012
Aroma has somewhat floury apples, some fruit sugar and hints of spices. Flavour is dry and leathery with some leathery notes, green apples and hints of spices. Surprisingly watery and straightforward, I’d expect this to be much more rich with this ABV.

0.5 l bottle from Alko. Golden color. Acidic and aged aroma with ripe apple, pineapple and raisins. Dry woody ripe apple flavor with raisins and pineapple. Woody, tannic and a bit fizzy palate. Too woody for my taste, finish is like sucking wood.

Draught at The Bell, Watchet. Yellow gold with no head. When in Rome, or in this case Zummerzet, reasonable light, dry cider, apple, skin some flowery flavours, drunk whilst discussing the county championship finale coming up.

Bottle from Brewer’s Droop, Bristol. Amber coloured with plenty of fizz. Tart apple fruit aroma with a hint of barnyard. Flavour began with some sweetness, before the dry apples took, leading to a moderately tart finish. The alcohol was completely hidden. Good.
