Botella. Clear golden with a huge long lasting black head...NOT! No head at all really. Pleasant apple fruity bit tart aroma, bit sweet too. Good mouthfeel. Pleasant apple sweetish fruity flavour with a tart touch, lightly dry.

Furiously effervescent as it hits the glass, it raises up a mountainous white fluffy head that holds on for quite some time. There is ample ripe cider apple pulp on the nose with all things include; the pips, peel and core with an edge of hay, sawdust, hessian and Stilton cheese mustiness. Quite tangy, tart and full of fruit in the mouth. Very light in body, soft and spritzy in mouthfeel. Finish has an edgy roughness, light wood and hessian. Drops of short though, very drying. Controlled sweetness keeps even as it warms, shows a lovely balance of fruit. A simple cider, dangerously drinkable. (50cL, BBE 08/13, Thirsty Camel Butler)

Bottle. Pours straw yellow with a white head. Aroma of apples, sulphur, oak and fruitiness. Flavor is sweet apples with some sourness and a bone dry finish.
Medium to thin body, average carbonation .Nice cider.

Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has notes of sweet and sour green apples with a hint of vanilla. Taste is light to medium sweet and light sour with a dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. An almost clear one, pale golden in color and with a little white head. Lightly earthy nose, with apples dominating. Lightly acidic hints. Refreshing in the mouth, quite tart and medium bodied. Apples, some earthy hints, apple cores and a citrusy touch in the flavor. A straight forward refreshing and tasteful cider I’d like to have again. 120405
