A medium-dry, single varietal cider made with the Tremlett’s Bitter apple variety.
A fine old Somerset cider apple. Its early ripening deep red streaky fruit produces juice with a high tannin content, the mark of quality found in traditionally made cider. Sheppy’s Tremlett’s Bitter is rich in flavour and medium/dry in taste.

Bottle. Very nice easy drinking cider.Quite a subdued taste and mothfeel, very clean. Some tannin in the taste and I get butterscotch (yeast strain?) which I also got with another Sheppy’s product.
