Growler.. the more the merrier for this beer. Aroma is sweet. Every time I bring it to my nose I get a whiff of honey. Appearance is nothing out of the ordinary for an amber ale. Caramel color that is translucent. Taste is nice.. real nice! Of course this is coming from someone who likes a big hop profile, and this one’s got it. Medium to light body, goes down smooth with big hops following through at the end. This beer goes great with a nice, spicy burger (Burgatory, anyone?).

The most unique amber i have ever tasted... the dry hop technique has brought this beer on as one of Ray’s best. the hop flavor is tremendous.
