Bottle. Great colour and nose. After taste accentuates the initial burst of hoppy and mildly fruity goodness.

Poured into a shaker showing light filtration, sparse foam and a dry orangish-brown. The aroma shows a very light citric orange. The flavor shows a lot of the same with a bitterness that is heavily softened out by the orange flavors. Light bodied and heavily carbonated, this is very fruit forward forward, simple and easy drinking IPA.

330ml bottle from Shinanoya. Poured into a tulip pint. Golden caramel color with a modest soapy off-white head. Fairly good lacing throughout. Pine needles, resin, biscuit and grain on the nose. Medium body, bitter on the palate with a touch malty sweetness. Slightly sticky texture but has some tea-like texture that peeks out as it warms up. Average carbonation with a lasting bitter finish.

33 cl bottle at Owls Brew in Singapore. Allowing for the fact that this had travelled some, I was impressed by the direct hop, firm malt base and layered nature of what appeared to be a serious beer.

Clear, copper coloured body with a tan head. Nice, hoppy aroma with grass and citrus notes. Taste is not very prominent, only slight bitterness towards the end. Watery mouthfeel, fairl low carbonation. On the lower end of the IPA spectrum.

Draught at Bungalow in Kyoto.
Pours is orange with a small white head. Smells of biscuit. Tastes extremely bitter with some juicy grapefruit notes. Unbalanced yet enjoyable.

6% ABV. IPA Light tan head. Pours thick and hangs around a good long time. Sweet malty nose. "Beery" Mouth is malty and full of bitter hops. Light on the aromatics. As it turns out, not much to write home about. Itís a beer. Itís a competently brewed beer. It has clean flavors. But it really is too pedestrian for me. Boring lah. I suppose if you were going to have some awesome yakitori and didnít want to be distracted, then this could provide a very sound foundation for an evening of snack food and karaoke.

Pours a cloudy amber. Aroma has pine and some malts. Taste is not too heavily hopped, still a good amount og pine and grass. Balancing with malts. a full body. I really like it.
