On tap @ Shine. Clear golden pour with a white head. Nose is corn, grain, and grass. Slight lemon peel, somewhat sweet, and a bit papery. Flavor has a strong corn and grain character. Light malt, some paper, and grass. A mild bitterness. Some apple juice and yeast as well.

Clear light straw hued with a foamy white head with lots of lace. The aroma is so light the only descriptor I can give is ’lager beer’. Flavor is a little too ’macro’ for its own good. Probably brewed for those folks who come in asking for "the lightest beer". Tastes light and pilsner-y with creamy corn and pilsner malts with a very quiet grass hop tone, ending metallic like the big boys.

UPDATED: DEC 20, 2012 Tap @ Shine. Somewhat hazy, light golden appearance with a white head. Fairly crisp, husky, pils malty, grassy, straw aroma. Smells good. Pretty intense pils malty, rich grainy, hay, light vanilla flavor. Pretty solid actually. Update: even better this time around (12/20/2012).

draft. low hop rate in the nose; mildly pungent, grassy and starchy with egg-shell yeast and husky grains. a bit rough, chalky, minerallic and astringent mouthfeel with grain husks and a bit of dishsoap. medium-high hop bitterness; medium-low acid; moderately pungency, finishing with more husk and dishsoap off-notes. mildly sweet.
