2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 drowland (3570) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - AUG 4, 2009
12 oz bottle into a pint glass. This beer is what it is... another of Shiner’s lighter version of a real style. It’s clean, easy to drink, and nice on a hot day while brewing.
2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Pershing (273) - Garland, Texas, USA - JUL 29, 2009
Clear gold color with a small malt aroma. Absent any hop aroma. Small amount of carbonation. Clean bland taste that works on a hot summer day in Texas.
3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20 gfolivares (67) - McAllen, Texas, USA - JUL 27, 2009
Pours a light golden color with a decent white head. Light malt aroma with hints of caramel and hops. Light bodied with good carbonation. Nice clean flavor, light at first, but opens up a bit for a restrained hopy end with a short, crisp finish. Although a bit light for this interpretation of a Pilsner, nontheless tasty and refreshing- an excellent session beer. Try with good Texas barbeque with smokey, spicy sauce.
2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 MeisterBrew (138) - Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA - JUL 23, 2009
Bottle. Pours yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is very light: sweet malt, and grain. Flavor is much the same. Very weak and watery, which I guess isn’t always bad. I would prefer more flavor, but I would drink this over BMC anyday.

Clear light yellow with a thin white fizz. Light yeasty aroma. Taste is light malts, nutty, light pepper spice, but thinning steel at the finish.

12 oz bottle. Pours super pale yellow with fading white head. The aroma is hay, light lemon, and a little bit of biscuit dough. The flavor is doughy with a metallic tinge to it. The finish has a sort of harsh, husky edge to it. Drinkable, but not great.
