Big thick white head with big bubbles, and descent lacing. nice and clear light gold in color. Not a complex beer very mild smelling nothing really jumps out. The taste is the same pretty bland not much to say about this beer. If you like Bud youíll like this.

On tap at RVC. Poured a clear medium to light gold, good head, a bit fizzy. Aroma was mildly of grain and corn. Flavor matched. Tiny bit of hop bitterness on the finish seemed to have a note of berry. The best I can say is that it drank good.

Crystal clear gold with a very thin bubbly head. Nose is weak but smells like soggy blonde malts. Flavor is pale and light, with some light pale wheat and pilsner malts with soo little hops. Light grassy tone near the end though.

12 oz bottle from the Shiner Family Reunion variety sixer bought at WinCo in CDA, ID. Labeled as Shiner Premium Beer. Aroma is bland pale lagerish with light graininess, faint creamed corn. Pours clear golden with a one finger white head with decent retention. Taste is sweet with no bitterness. Thin-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel. Boring but not bad tasting. Could definitely use some hop flavor and bitterness.

Golden yellwo in color, clear with a thin white head. Nice aroma with a easy drinking finish. This was good and nice and perfect for that hard working after work beer.

A clear light yellow body with no head. Mild toasted malts on the aroma and some corn. Flavor was very delicate. It was pretty much a mild toasted malt flavor. No corn flavors, which was a good thing. Finish was smooth and crisp. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Premium lager, my ass. This is a pale lager through and through. Pale golden in color with small foamy head . Light cereal, corn aroma. taste is also weak, although mouthfeel is faitly slick and has some body. No lngering aftertaste. Macro lager all the way.

Under the "Shiner Premium" label. The appearance is not great: pale yellow, not a hint of carbonation bubbles. Pale shadow of a head. Not to be too derogatory at first, but it looks like typical macro crap. Aroma is corn syrup in a bowl of Rice Krispies -- though the lack of carbonation gives it no snap, crackle or pop. Not awful, but awfully nondescript. Taste is typical macro lager. Donít really need to go too deeply into it since I donít think they put a lot of thought into making it. The feel is actually decent: a little chewy, somewhat fizzy. Surprising given the lack of carbonation. If cheap, Iím sure itís a decent option if you like that kinda thing. Felt like kind of a waste of 1/6 of a $8.99 six pack.

Bottle. Yellow color. Medium head. Aroma, watery, weak straw. Taste is a watery straw and hay.
