pours a slightly deeper-than-macro gold with a fast-diminishing head that leaves no lace. bland graininess in the nose, with a touch of DMS. fairly bland grainy flavor is inoffensive if not much else - a little sweetness up front, a little crisp in the finish. pretty fair for the category

Acquired in a Shiner Family six - pack $9.99. Poured into a Duvel Tulip A - Poured almost like a budweiser. Simple, not much happening. 2 finger head. Looks like a very basic pilsner. Very basic S - citrus, lemon-lime, pretty flat T - It’s a blonde for sure. It’s sort of pleasant but not my style. Not bad but not terribly great. M - lots of bubbles, smooth to go down O - Wouldn’t buy again but would order it on tap over other standard BMC offerings.

Straw colored pour. Barely-there white head. No lacing. Smells of malt, slight caramel. Tastes of malt. Sweet with a slight bitterness from all the carbon dioxide pumped into it. Decent, but not the best bottom fermented beverage out there.

35cl bottle - pours pale gold with thin white head. Nose is slightly hoppy and corn. Taste is bitter all around but on the light side. True to the style but inherently boring. That is all.

This beer is very smooth, yet a nice alcohol content. It’s also very refreshing during the summer.

From notes: Pours clear straw color with a small, white head. Aroma was light...lemony and somewhat yeasty. Smooth, medium-thickness, but a bit light. Flavor was yeasty, with a touch of lemon in the finish. Perhaps a touch of black pepper as well.

Gold pour with watery white head. Light sour corn aroma with a hinto malt. Lightly sweetened corn with a pretty decent bitter. Thin watery and foamy. Not much but drinkable in a pinch.

Bottle from Keg N Bottle #2: Poured a crystal clear golden blonde color with a small tiny head that quickly fizzed out. In the nose, a mild yet faint aroma of grain and malt, but they are at a minimal amount. The flavor is bland and has traces of corn and rice with a touch of malt liquor type of malts. Is this a light beer?

Found at Krogers Light golden. Small head. Aroma: Light malt grains. Flavor: Grains, lemon, cardboard, somewhat sweet. Light finish. I just had some decent beers and this was an insult to my taste buds. I thought I would get a good Blonde Ale and instead I get a sorry excuse for a Pilsner. I know I can do worse than this but Texas can do better.
