Bottle from a family reunion 6’er poured into a pint glass. Poured an orange bronze with a decent off white head. Doesn’t smell of much, but cheap malt. Tastes of doughy malt and raisin. No hops that I can detect. Not really a bock. It has some Bock like qualities, but weaker and simpler.

Pours a dark reddish amber color, with a thin tan head. Had this on draft. Taste of coffee, caramel malts. Finishes easy, No real aftertaste.

Medium carbonation. Mild caramel taste. This is a good, nothing-special beer.

Beautiful amber color. Not very hoppy, much more of a Malty taste. As far as mainstream American beers go, this is one of the best. It’s a mild beer.

Nothing truly offensive about this beer, however, there’s nothing very good about this beer either. The whole is experience is ’meh’ - tastes watered down. There is a mild sweetness & an off tasting funkiness. Nothing special.

Lacks depth and complexity for a true bock beer. Not bad as a transitional beer for the BMC drinker. Odd corn-like DMS aroma and flavor. Finishes sweet, however lacks ideal malt character and richness. Toast and butterscotch in the nose. Again, not bad for what it is.
