Shiner Bock

Amber color with a small head. Tangy malt aroma with an all malt taste and some hints of coloa. Crisp finish. This is the Pyramid Hefe of Texas as far as popularity goes. It is the token "micro."

Overall, pretty light for a Bock. Not bad for a beer when you have very limited options. Definately will pick up again.

Pours amber/red color. Doesnt seem like a bock, much too watery. tastes and smells of sweet malt with hardly and hops

Nothing special, but all over the place around here - your best bet if you find yourself in Texas at a place with no beer selection, as it is a big step up from weak tasting pale macrolager. Pours dark, small head, almost no aroma. Mild flavor (ironic given its supposed style), but drinkable.

Pours an amber color. no lacing on glass with very little head. The taste doesnt remind me of a bock at all. To me, it really isnt a bock, it is a step up from the typical american style pale lager. Not awful but certainly nothing special either.

One of my favorite beers, a good stand by that by far surpasses the amount of any other beer I drink.

One of the better Shiner product but that isn’t saying much.Shiner beers on the whole are extremely over rated. Everyone jerks them off in Texas because they are from Texas not because it’s good beer.

Definately not a German Bock. Not much in the way of aroma. Malt flavor barely any hops. Drinkable, but nothing spectacular.
