Aug 23, 2007 Pours a nice copper color. Head dissipated quickly with virtually no lacing. Clean taste that finished with a light but pleasing, lingering bitterness. Aroma picked up a slight toffee/malt scent as the beer warmed up. Overall a great amber beer perfect for almost any occasion.

Aug 15, 2007 I’m not afraid to say that I liked this. Poured a copper, orangey yellow clear brew with a little head and little lacing. It does taste like a mild bock, but with a little lager bite to it. Wasn’t overly sweet like many bocks. When sitting at a bar without great micro choices, this isn’t a bad fallback.

Aug 15, 2007 Delicious. First time I had this beer was on tap. A beautiful looking pint. Very smooth beer, goes down easy. Slightly bitter finish.

Aug 9, 2007 8/8/07 From the bottle. Aroma is sour malt forward with light fruity esters, some DMS. Very light aroma overall. Appearance is deep amber with a medium off-white head. Flavor is lightly grainy, slightly sweet malt forward followed by medium bittering and light hop flora. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, clean, with a low carb texture and dry finish. Overall, just slightly more malty than a light lager, but the same low flavor profile.

Aug 5, 2007 355 ml bottle. Pours a clear deep mahogany with a fairly non-existent head. Malty nose with a touch of tartness. Semi-dry medium body with a highly carbonated edge.

Aug 2, 2007 Pours a deep amber color with a small white head and noticeable carbonation. Aroma is faintly malty, and taste is the same, though a tad rough due to the carbonation. Not great but not bad either.
