The appearance and the aroma are nice but the beer quality is pour. Do not recommend unless in Texas. nearbeer (1834), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA

Aroma slight hops and malt. Palate a bit thinner than expected. Taste seems like it hasn’t come together, slight hops then mostly malt. Pretty average to below, maybe slightly better than other industrial brews available at the airport. hayduke (1643), Eureka, California, USA

This poured an amber to brown color with light tan head and almost no lacing. Nose was sweet malts. Mouthfeel average. Flavor very bland and finsh non-descript. While this may be the best thing to come out of Texas it is not very impressive. Very reasonbly priced and a better value than most. I’ve never had one that didn’t taste fresh. Ridedom33 (37), Valdosta, Georgia, USA

Pours amber brown with almost no head or lacing. coldbrewky (719), Saugerties, New York, USA

On tap at some forgettable cookie cutter res-tu-ran-te in Houston. Pretty tasteless but not bad on draft. Had two. I agree with the deep amber color and the smooth taste and bitterness (little of both). It was a good match for the well above average Bar-B-Que that is abundant in Houston. Very little head and sparse carbonation. Drinkable and good with dinner.
