12oz bottle from a friend pours gold. not much taste but malt. aroma is wheat.

Pours dark amber with small tan head. Caramel and oak aroma. Malty taste with oak finish. Good beer.

Well it is the beer i really like, taste good, no bad after taste.
Left you with a good taste in the mouth.

I had good memories of this beer, but after coming back to it recently I was disappointed. Too fizzy, not enough flavour.

Bottle at home. Dark amber. The aroma is almost non existent. Clean, bland, watery flavor. Slightly malty. Over carbonated with a strange fizzy feel. Pass on this one.

Aware of how common this one is, and have seen it and ignored it before on voyages stateside, what better way to finally tick it off than at an airport bar in Texas, having eliminated all other winners !?!

Dark chestnut brown with a medium sized beige head that retains well - this is about as good as this beer gets !
Nose is very thin, dark fruit, malt, a hint of toffee.
Taste carries a little more depth and comprises toffee, dark malt, dark fruits, light spice.
Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Kind of panned out as I’d expected, muted flavours, sub par fayre but I’d take this over the ubiquitous airport macro swill no problems.

Dark Copper, Small Head, Almost No Lacing. Light hops and malt. Seems too fizzy, over carbonated, kinda hard to drink. Slightly more taste than macro but not much better. Pass it.
