COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Shiner Hefeweizen (Hef-ay-vite-zen) is a classic unfiltered Bavarian-style wheat brew. Once poured into a glass, the distinctively cloudy Shiner Hefeweizen delivers a fresh, satisfying flavor from start to finish.

Pours a hazy pale gold with a huge white head. Nose is citrus, hops and yeasty bread. Mouthfeel is very creamy. Taste is a little yeasty, a little sour with other indistinguishable flavors with nothing else really standing out. Dry finish, not overly hoppy. Pairs well with chicken, salmon or other light meat dishes.

Thanks cavie. Pours a soft hazy peach skin color with a two finger creamy offwhite head. The nose is fruity, banana upfront, light malty sweetness, some peach. Flavor has mild corn, grain astringency, some sweetness, crisp grassy hop bitterness, honey. Crisp mouthfeel.

Murky brownish ripe orange color with a white pillow head that created a white ring that hung around. Faint aroma that hides a hint of grass and citrus. Simple light mouthfeel with a slight melted butter finish.

Taste is better than most other shiners..... aroma and color are solid.......... almost like wearing fuscia socks on cold hot day

A cloudy golden-brown beer with little head. Not much aroma to speak of, & the taste is very mild & does not taste like a Hefe at all.

Pours a dark orange. Creamy white head, medium in size. Aroma of honey, citrus and yeast. Not very flavorful. A dry thin body with a hint of honey and honey. Does not the standard of a "real" hefe IMO.

bottle. Pours a cloudy, light gold with a thin, white head. Nose of nut and grain. Disappointing aroma. Taste is better with soe lemon in there with the wheat. Mouthfeel is sweet and watery. Not great or even a good representation of the style.
