This was interesting to me because of its tartness. In fact I almost thought it was infected. Lemon, citrus taste, crisp. But thats about it for the good news. After taste was icky, after a while it got annoying to drink.

Bottle. Pours light tan and a little hazy with a tall white head. Yeast and citrus hop aroma. Tastes are sour-ish malt, astringency from the hops, and a little bit of spice. Not all that great of a hefe.

Pours milky yellow with a 2 finger creamy white head that has good retention. Aroma is lemon, wheat, bready yeast, rice pudding and some grass. Flavor is honey wheat bread, wheat, yeasty bread, some metallic notes, lemon and some citrus hops. Finish is lemony and metallic. Palate is medium thickness with a chalky feel and some acidity, kind of slimy finish. Overall this is an average or slightly below average hefe.

Typical hazy golden pour, head is better than average for a heff, a ton of citrus and yeast, refreshing, but nothing original.
