Murky hefe gold with no lasting head. Nose was bland and yeasty. So was the flavor. Just yeasty and a little citrusy with some orange rind. Light and too rounded, no complexity.

Some orange peel on the nose, smells sweet and mellow. Opaque school bus yellow color. Medium citrus sweetness, more lemon than orange for the taste aspect. Flush body with a nice bite. Not a German hefe, but a decent and refreshing wheat beer nonetheless.

021112. Bottle at hotel in houston, texsas. Citrusy wheat aroma. Very low palate. Easy to drink large quantities.

A nice quality beer. The nose is citrus and bread. The beer is a hazy yellow to gold with a large foamy white head. Balanced between bread and floral citrus flavors. Smooth and light with a refreshing crisp finish.

Poured hazy golden with rather big, white head. Citris and cbread aroma. Taste has some orange and slighly spiced. Much better than I expected.

On tap at Gingham in La Mesa. Served with an orange slice. Pours dense golden color with white head. Smells of citrus; taste is lemon, malt. Watery and light, but not terrible on a warm day.

Bottle @ home, picked up at Wilbur’s Foco. Pours a hazy, yellow orange appearance with an off white head. Zesty, lemon-lime, juicy citrusy, somewhat yeasty, dull wheat malty aroma. Tangy, somewhat sour, lightly metallic, orange fruity, a bit yeasty flavor. Not very good.

This is the closest America beer in my opinion that comes close to decent German hefeweizen. I like it very much. Great golden cloudy color, I smell yeast fruits and malt. I also taste the same the things, this is good.

Cloudy gold color. Decent solid beer. Nothing special. Citrus flavors. Pretty smooth with just a little bite.
