COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
’Tis the Season for Cheer

Happy Holidays from the "Little Brewery" in Shiner, TX. We hope you enjoy your Shiner Cheer, an Old World Dunkelweizen brewed with Texas peaches and roasted pecans. The malty flavors of this dark wheat ale are enhanced through the use of malted barley and wheat. And Kräusening ensures a smoothnessthat makes the subtle peach and pecan flavors all the more satisfying. May your days be merry and bright and your Shiner be cold.

Apricot, blackberry, and sweet caramel. Dark Amber, thin off white head, and vey thin lacing. Medium bodies, sweet, fruity, mild sour notes, and lite spices. Ok balance, mild dry notes, mild bitterness, and watery. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Smells like peach candy, vanilla, cotton candy, bubble gum. Deep, clear, dark ruby with a somewhat lasting, small off-white head. Sweet, peaches and cream kind of taste. Medium bodied.

Aroma is peach juice, slight nuttiness, some malt, a bit of that yeast that is prevalent in macros. Appearance is pecan brown, light tan head. Taste is peaches and pecans, metallic, finishes with that Bud taste. Mouthfeel is light to medium body with crisp carbonation, unfortunately that corn taste is hanging around. Overall, this is actually a touch better than I expected it to be, but failed in the exact way I expected.

Not your usual winter warmer, this Shiner seasonal goes for a unique fruity and sweet dessert angle instead of the more traditional spice-centric and rich alcoholic winter style. Features sweet peachy notes and nutty pecan flavors as described, which are actually light and fresh on the palate and pleasantly balanced with some bready malt. Appearance is thoroughly clear for being a self-described wheat beer, also I'm uneasy about the caramel color added, not sure what they were going for on that aspect. But still a pleasant and enjoyable beer overall, this may be one of the few fruit-infused beers that wasn't syrupy sweet or overbearingly fruity. Well-balanced.

Pours a nice dark Amber/brown color. Tastes and smells like sweet (almost candies) peaches. There is some roasted nuttiness to the aftertaste along with the peaches.

Very well made and very nice Christmas holiday offering in Bavarian and Austrian tradition. I’ll be coming back for this one seasonally. Appearance: Direct pour Sam Adams glass at refrigerator temperature. Inviting peachy, amber, rosey caste with fosmy, fizzy semi-long lasting head. Aroma: Peachy notes come through most for me. Mouthfeel: Light but sturdy, slightly fizzy. Aftertaste: Peachy on retro olfaction with slightly bitter finish. Flavors are more balanced when it warms a bit inthe glass. Overall: Very drinkable and works well with lighter, sweeter, more complex food or desert pairing.

Lacking aroma. 12 ounce can. Light, crisp flavor but not a lot of distinctiveness. Maybe some cranberry and a little vanilla?

From a bottle into a glass. The pour has a lot of peaches, raisins, carmel nutty noyes with a clear dark ruby in appearence. With a medium body and I like for being different than other Xmas beers with a lot of spice flavors .

bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear brown color, light head cover, no lace. Aroma is malt with a little pear in it. Interesting. Taste is again malt and pear. It coasts through a fizzy swallow to a lightly spiced, lightly bittered finish. Way better than I expected.

Bottle to tulip. Clear ruby brown with little to no head. Aroma of cherries and plums. Taste is cherry and plum. One dimensional but tasty.
