Tasty as one would expect from Shiner. Even better on Tap. Light spice. Seasonal release.

Peaches dominate the first sip, the pecans take a couple seconds to arrive. Nice tasting beer.

12 oz can part of a six pack from Winco mega grocer in Salem.
I have no idea how this got here..but lets try it out!
Pours a very attractive darker amber with garnet hints. And a lovely smooth creamy tan head.
Can get peaches right enough in the aroma. They tend to dominate. Only later do the nuts and caramel arrive.
Taste is rather thinner than expected..but its nice enough..again getting lot of peach, some spicy peppery stuff and a bit of nuttiness. Fine.
KInda thin mouth feel but its got nice tight carbonation..that helps.
Nice fruity beer.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Aroma is fruity and holiday cheer like! Flavor is sweet, slightly syrupy, has a cranberry flavor to it. I like that it is not overspiced, but it is more of a juice spritzer. Not bad overall! Fun beer!

Post holiday mark down at Belmont Station. I’d seen in a beer mag reviews of holiday brews and this was rated highly. though the reviews here at rate beer, i say after buying a can (festive coloring) not that glowing. had my first taste after some leftover apricot cobbler and the beer blended right in. color of maple syrup with moderate khaki head. aroma of caramelized brown sugar from the broiler on top of some peach halves. flavor has a bulge of buttery sweetness, but not too sweet. a litle weight in the mouth. fun beer. syrupy finish.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
12oz bottle from Wegmans, Buffalo, NY. A clear reddish copper pour with a tight cream head; peachy aroma; sweet peach taste, with perhaps a hint of pecan; and then nothing much to finish. I like peach beers, so I’m OK with this, but I can see why others might dislike it.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
12oz bottle from Xroads. Poured a syrupy looking maroonish amber with a creamy beige head. Aroma is sugary and fruity, dough, rust, and copper. Mouthfeel is meh with softer carbonation and an almost watery palate. Flavor of peaches, dry grains, nut shells. Meh I should probably drain pour this but I’ll finish it.

Dunkelweizen? Hmmmm....mostly sweet tree fruit, pecans barely noticeable. Decent head, light weight body and mouthfeel. Nothing memorable here, trying to place peaches in the realm of winter seasonal flavors, doesn’t work...

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours clear amber brown with a medium head, rapidly diminishing, very fine lacing. Strong peach aroma with lighter notes of pecan, caramel, biscuit. Light body, smooth and creamy. Medium sweet, a touch of citrus, and a gentle bitter finish. Like drinking dried apricots with malt. If it were much thicker it would be too sweet, but it’s kind of enjoyable.
