Thanks to Tina for this. This is a pure summer, donít think to much about it, look Iím a ginger grapefruit juice with beer sort of drink. Tastes much how you would imagine but thinner palate. If it is hot this is a good idea, if not well maybe not. I enjoyed it for what it was. Serving: Can

6/1/14. From bottle. Amber with a thin fizzy white head. Refreshing, but one is more than enough. The fruit flavors are just too overwhelming.

My second favorite Shiner beer, next to the FM 1966 Farmhouse Ale. However, with the added ginger and grapefruit, itís really refreshing hot summer day dark beer. Love it!

On tap. Aroma had some citrus, and spice. Taste had medium strong notes of the ginger, but I didnít really get much of the citrus or grapefruit there. Seemed like an average ginger beer.

Amber color with slight red tint. Pours with a thin white fizzy head. Weak aroma with some sweetness. Flavor of citrus but not overpowering grapefruit. A refreshing summer beer, but not great.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured in a reddish shade of gold, small head (left quickly) and no lacing. Aroma of ginger and yeast. Taste is mostly ginger accompanied with some citrus notes. Refreshing beer, easy to drink but nothing truly great here.
