Should probably give even lower marks for having this bitch stuck in a case as their special seasonal. I piss this stuff and my piss is better.

this poured a clear straw yellow with a thin white head. aroma of slight citrus and some banana. flavor was carbonated water. light body with high carb. this was not a good beer at all. i think i overrated it also. it must get some homestate points or something.

I am not one to look for low carb/calorie beer. If I had to though, I would get this. Decent flavor, quick fizzy head, typical generic light beer. Great lawnmower/ drinking game beer as it is quick to go down and really starts to hit the spot after about 6-7. I would recommend this on a hot August day here in Tx.

Ernest (6219) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - OCT 5, 2008
Bottle. Head is initially small, fizzy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is clear light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain, husks), trace hops (herbs), with light notes of paint and DMS. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly unclean, slightly husky. Light to medium body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Precisely what you would expect.

For some reason I have a special allegiance to Shiner, TX. Great summer beer and hit the spot after sweating in the yard.

Cornfield (5482) - Oak Forest, Illinois, USA - SEP 5, 2008
Pours a very, very pale yellow with a small fizzy head, short-lived, and plenty of gas. Not much aroma, but what it has is grain and cabbage. Way too carbonated, so whatever flavor it has - corn, mainly - is more of an aftertaste.
Like the Chicago area needed another near flavorless beer.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma and Taste are of corn, malt and grain. Kind of watery. Not a bad brew as it is refreshing and very easy to drink. Overall, this is pretty enjoyable brew that would be nice to have on a hot day or after work.

punkeedo (498) - Covington, Louisiana, USA - AUG 30, 2008
2008 Bottle. One of the most watery beers I’ve ever had. Very light yellow complexion with a quickly dissipating head. Smells of malt liquor and tastes like watered down Schlitz. Complete waste of time.

BMan1113VR (7858) - Los Angeles, California, USA - AUG 25, 2008
Pours with a fizzy head and an extremely pale body (perry pale). Dust, corn syrup, corn, wheat, a bit tangy and some dust. Taste is corn, mineral water (or Dallas, mineral rich tap water, BO, sweat, dust and just bad over all. Watery taste, fizzy, but not too harsh. Really nothing there.
