lb4lb (1275), Austin, Texas, USA May 11, 2008 Extremely pale yellow, and very clear. Fizzy, extremely short lived head. Smell is thin pale lager like, faintly corn-y malt. Taste is kind of corn like, with a strange unpleasant twang to it. Not particularly clean and with a metallic note to it. Prickly carbonation. Very thin and watery flavorwise with a hint of funky corn and metal. Not great, but still drinkable.
agillespie81 (91), Denver, Colorado, USA Jul 6, 2008 Very light golden color......head fades quickly. Extremely light aroma of malt. Light flavor up front......crisp mouthfeel. Light flavor continues in the back......finishes light. In short, you could say this beer was definitely light all around. Bockyhorsey (1920), Mesa, Arizona, USA Jun 28, 2008 12oz bottle. Wow I actually bought this while in Texas. Spiey on the nose for aroma. Clear yellow body with white head that was gone quick. Zesty soapy spice driven flavor. No real refreshment attribute to this beer. uck travita (662), Lewisville, Texas, USA Jun 26, 2008 Very pale yellowish color with a light white head. Light smell of grains, malts, and corn. Watery taste, grainy. Very light. Better than the average light beer. Swalden_28 (516), McKinney, Texas, USA Jun 24, 2008 Bottle, Kegs & Barrels in McKinney, TX.
Pours a clear light yellow with fizzy white head that dissapeared very quickly. Aroma is actually nice, a light berry smell.....Flavor is not bad, just not much of it.....slight berry and very little malt....Mouthfeel is very watery and high carbonation.....This is a light summer beer to quinch the thirst and not be very heavy, and it taste much better then a miller lite with slight citris notes added....that appears to be what they are going for with this beer, so Im not going to slam it, it was light and refreshing....I would drink this again on a hot day by the pool....and guys, if your woman doesn’t like beer, let her try this..... jjpm74 (2760), Connecticut, USA Jun 12, 2008 Pours gold with a thin white head. Smells like water with some stray hops thrown in. Tastes like water with some hints of citrus. Drink seltzer. More flavor.
