Pours an appropriate cloudy yellow with a white head. Noose is slight orange and Belgian yeast. Palate is that slightly unctuous Witbier body. Flavor is dominated by the yeast and spices with slight hop bitterness.

Bottled. Poured straw golden with a short-lived white head. The aroma picked up more orange than anything else, with accents of white pepper and coriander.. some corn and bready sweetness showed as i warmed. The flavor found corn and honeysuckle sweetness at the core, with orange zest and coriander laced throughout.. tacky and a bit sharp on the finish with residual orange zest. Light-bodied and grainy on the palate.. carbonation was on the sharp side.. just OK.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright yellow-golden color with a huge foamy yellow-white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was musty with crisp orange, lemon, pepper and bread. The flavor was musty, dusty and semi-sweet with notes of orange, pepper, dust and bread. Medium length finish. Medium body. Solid.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy light yellow body under a one inch frothy white head that had nice retention. The nose is heavily spiced with coriander and orange peel and a light yeastiness. The flavor isnít all that heavy on the spice though, more wheat and yeast up front. Finishes a bit soapy with the coriander on the finish. Pretty light and easy drinking, not especially memorable.

Bottle. Pours a hazy dark golden color with a moderate white head on there. Nose is very spicy, with a lot of coriander coming through. Taste is slightly sweet, with a fair amount of wheat and spice being present. OK.

One of Shinerís best beers IMO. Pours a golden Honey color, soapy head that dissipates swiftly. The nose is lemon and orange, wheat, hay, grass. Taste is similar, with a slimey mouthfeel that Iím not too fond of. Overall a decent beer for hot days.

Bottle pour. Pours a light yellow with a fizzy lasting head. A lot of orange peel aroma with some spices. Flowery mild flavor, with some easy spice and orange flavor. Really nice, refreshing summer style beer. Overall, good beer.

Appearance is golden and strangely clear for the style. White head dissipated quickly. Aroma is bready malt, orange peel, and spicy coriander. No real Belgian yeast notes like a traditional Wit. Taste is a bready malt with slight tartness from the orange peel. Coriander adds a balancing level of spice. Mouthfeel is light for the style, missing the typical body created by the wheat and oats. Light carbonation. Finishes with a crisp but balanced bitterness and a slight bit of spice

Nice golden honey color, bright white head that disappates quickly, strong citrus and spiced aroma, clean taste similar of hefeweisen, spices and citrus strong on palate with good mouthfeel. Pretty tasty summer-ish beer.

Draft @ The Ale House, Amesbury. Bright unfiltered gold color with small retention. Aroma and flavor is bright citrus and light spice. The flavor is much better than I was expecting since I donít really like this brewery as a whole. This brew is respectable and was a nice surprise. Belgian yeast upfront with nice citrus throughout. The coriander spice is low and thankfully subdued. The yeast and citrus make it refreshing for me on a real warm Labor Day. Drinkable summer brew.
