2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
On tap from the Sheraton hotel in Steamboat Springs, Co. Pale yellow with a white head and some lacing. The aroma has wheat and coriander, the taste has wheat and is moderately spicy, with some lemon. The taste is light sweet, the palate is quite watery with a short dry finish. Classical and unimpressive.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle a cloudy straw color. Medium white head , no lacing at all. Aroma is Malt, coriander, and a touch of orange. Light taste and body. A bit nondescript, but could be refreshing on a warm afternoon.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Gentle orange and coriander aroma. Hazy light orange color with a light fluff head that settles a moderate head. Soft orange coriander taste that goes down smooth with a slight tang. Refreshing and delicious.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Wheat malt and very light coriander aroma. Very close to clear gold with a large white head. Sweet wheat malt, lemon, and coriander flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Fairly clear witbier with minimal clouding and white head. Familiar spicy & fruity aromas & flavors that really shine but dissipate almost immediately. The body is thin with a watery macro lager aftertaste. Overall flavorful but too thin, and falls short for the style.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz bottle, screw-top. It’s a pale yellow 1 finger head but with a vigorous pour. Split 3 ways. Nose is mildly herbal, a bit of honey, peppercorn and walnuts. Maybe some orange as well. Thin mouthfeel. nice yeasty taste but not crazy close to a standard Witbier. Lots of bitter orange, some more nutty taste. Decent overall.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Mild stuff. No aroma that I could detect. Average light golden color associated with the style. Flavors were of wheat with barely enough spices or Belgian character to detect. Light and watery with high carbonation. Not worth a repeat visit.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
This beer has an odd taste the Orange and coriander in it. It's a smoother Belgian style wheat and easy to enjoy during the winter months.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
A very mild wit bier. Coriander and other spices are perhaps a bit too restrained. It’s an easy drinker, if not a little unimpressive, and certainly a better offering than the Shock Tops/UFOs/Blue Moon macro-brews.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is tangy ripe orange, medium body, medium/light carbonation, and good small-bubble lacing. Taste is fairly nice orange with hints of coriander.
