Bottle. Poured clear golden color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate spice and sweet citrus aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My low expectations where met.

Slightly hazy golden with thin white head. Aroma: yeast and a little spice. A little thin and underwhelming. Okay, but there are better witbiers, even in Texas.

>> Hazy light golden pour, weak foam. Buttery, diacetyl nose. Taste is dusty, papery. Mild spice. Tart, lactic, mild yogurt finish. Dusty, dirty palate with odd butter and mild rancid dairy character.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Strong, malty aroma has a firm overtone of coriander, as well as floral and fruity hints. Pours a clear, bubbly, golden amber with a fairly thick but effervescent ivory head. Malty core of the flavor supports coriander, floral, and subtle fruity hints. Texture has average firmness and fizz, but the fizz persists. A beer in the hand is worth two in the fridge.

Alright, I purchased a twelve fluid ounce bottle of this watery wheat brew from the Queen City Metro Center Krogers in Cincinnati, Ohio, on Kennard Street, and I was disappointed by this supposedly "Belgian Style Wheat Beer" brewed by the Gambrinus Spoetzl Brewery. It is very weak and watery, with the slightest hints of coriander and orange peel to its flavor. Bah, I’ll not be buying this one again!

2.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
The aroma of this beer is fantastic, bursting with coriander and citrus. The appearance is blonde and too dark for a witbier as well as obviously filtered for clarity. After the fantastic aroma the taste is a letdown, heavy on barley malt for a wheat beer and light on the spices. The palate is totally off for the style. An unimpressive brew.

Lightly hazed gold, white head. Yeast, vegetal notes, crackers, light spice. Meh.
