COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wild Hare is a classic American Pale Ale-richly hopped, fruity and floral. Munich malt nicely balances the assertive character of the U.S. Golding and Bravo hop varieties that give this brew its signature bitterness and aroma. Enjoy!

Bottle, 12oz. Itís a clear, amber beer topped by a dense, fingerthick light beige head. Quite sparkling, and leaving lacings. Itís quite malty on the nose, caramel, bread and some faint coffee hints, as well as pine cones and some grass and citrus. Thereís not much sweetness in the flavor, but itís malt dominated anyway. Bread, caramel, pine cones and some citrus peel, and a decent bitterness. Medium body, a bit too carbonated for my likings. Some metallic hints show up in the else malty and lightly bitter finish. Not so very pale this one, too malty, but it goes down. 130830

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours orange amber with a slight head. Weak floral over light malt for aroma. Med minus body. Flavor is more like an amber than an APA. Hoped for more.

Bottle. Poured a clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate earthy hop and small malt aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a freind.

Bottle - Caramel malts. Clear dark copper with a nice beige head. Sweet watery caramel and light orange hops. A very mild APA, to the point I think it may be poorly classified. Much too sweet.

12 ounce bottle from State Line. Pours a clear amber color with a large frothy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of caramel malts with a bit of toastiness, Floral, herbal and slightly peppery notes. The taste is floral, pine, minty hops with faint malts. Thin-medium bodied. Smells great but the rest of the beer is a little underwhelming.

Not god awful. It has a nice malt bill, citrusy hops. But it is just so damn mundane.

Bottle @ home picked up at Wilburís Foco. Pours a clear, dark orange appearance with a medium sized, light brown head. Toasted grainy, biscuity, cracker, a touch fruity aroma. A touch tangy, light caramel, cracker, toasty malty, bready, herbal, strangely hoppy/bitter flavor. Pass.
