3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a slightly cloudy gold with a finger sized white head mostly dissipating. Nose is yeasty bread. Nice and creamy on the palate, the taste is full of bread and yeast flavors with a hint of fruitness. Very smooth, not at all bitter. Pairs well with smoked salmon on crackers.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sampler as part of a flight "plank" of the current drafts at the brewpub bar. Poured a slightly hazed, light orangy gold color, with some modest, white head foam, and light lacing for plastic. The nose was some dank grain, light yeast, and light fruitiness. The flavor added moderate hop bitterness that was slightly earthy. The carbonation was fair, and the body was light. Basic and sessionable Blonde.

2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours a dirty, opaque yellow. Aroma contains just a hint of hops and sweet, citrus malts. The balance is what really ruins this one, I think. Tastes overwhelmingly of butter.

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
I normally try to champion the good points in blonde and other more mildly flavored beer but this is really just a dud. Itís cloudy yellow w/ a small head, flat and oversweet. There is a kind of nice fruity hop character but it is marred somewhat by buttery overtones and overall thick, flabby texture.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
I got a 6-pack of this from Woodmanís in Janesville, WI for $7.79 in Winter 2011.
Pours a light yellowish color with a very slight head due to the lack of carbonation. Scent is that of summertime wheats and citrus. Taste is rather grainy. Drinks rather smooth, but has an awkward malty, dry after taste that I really donít care for. You could definitely pass on this one.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Sandy yellow with particles of sand suspended. Head is gone in a jiffy, color escapes me. Aroma of malt and grains with a bit of earthiness and citrus, lemon and mild notes of breadiness. Taste is muted with honey, lemon, burnt malt, light floral hops with a crisp finish.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
BottleÖ Hazy light yellow ale with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. Smells like a honey-drenched American biscuit with a dash of spicy European hops. Medium to full-bodied with stinging carbonation. The flavor leans fairly sweet with a big clover honey component. Enjoyable, not cloying. Crisp, mildly sweet finish. I donít normally like blonde ales, but this one is well crafted. Thanks go out to my dad for hauling this one back from Egg Harbor!

The Marie Antoinette of beers: it has no head!!!!! Light blond pour with a malty/soury smell. Sour taste with little malt flavor and little detection of hops. Pass!

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours into the Duvel glass with a bronze amber and tons of bubbles lining the glass. A nice bright white head adorns the top.
Smell is of apples and pears, maybe a hint of grapefruit as well.
The taste is kind of all over the place. It starts off with a fruity lemon flavor and goes into buttery biscuit. Itís pretty malty. The carbonation is there but there is a slighty wateriness to this that reminds me of a light macro.
Overall its average, it is worth it as a sessionable summer beer if you happen to see it somewhere in Door County and are planning on camping or something.
