Our unfiltered classic American Pale Ale is a tribute to colonial America. The crisp Centennial hops, along with a generous helping of spruce tips, provide a unique bitterness that has been enjoyed for over 250 years! Don’t worry... it’s not the Christmas tree flavor you might expect. Sweet citrus and herbal notes are "just the tip" of this ale’s complex flavor profile.

On tap. Pours with a good amount of fine thick head that disappears into a fine lacing. Cloudy copper colored. Sprucey on the nose but not too overwhelming. Piney taste is balanced well by hop bitterness, reminiscent of an IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
