Our Bourbon Barrel Aged ales are brewed carefully cellar-aged in small batches in decanted bourbon barrels at our brewery in Portland, Maine. Aged over 100 days. Unlimited shelf life.

Malty oak aroma. Cloudy dark amber color with a medium tan head. Moderately sweet beginning that gets stronger to the end. Sour oak flavor in the finish.

Pours hazy mahogany into a snifter. Tan head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Toffee and oak aromas. Sharp with sweet caramel turning quickly to sour leaves in the lasting pit fruit finish.
