1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Light in colour with an orange tint. An almost white head that remains atop for a long time. A 'lagery' smell with not much outside aromas. Bland taste with a small hoppy aftertaste. Everything about this beer makes it a 'pass up' beer, so don't waste your time on the Export, try the IPA, its much better!

2.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Clear copper color, frothy white head. Aroma is flowery, tart, and a tad alcoholic. Not very balanced in my opinion; over-carbonation results in mostly hidden, nearly inperceptable flavors. Finish is hopped and long lasting. My least favorite Shipyard brew to date.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled. Golden coloured with creamy head. Perfumy fuggle hop aroma. Sweet with medium body with creamy mouthfeel. Orangey finish with some bitterness. Well balanded, really drinkable and more malt accented than the average US micro.

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Has a slightly malty smell and a light brown color. Taste is light, slightly malty and finishes with slight bitterness. Overall this was a pretty good light beer, but lacked any real taste that I would enjoy.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Clear golden color with a medium head. Aroma is that of a macro, namely vomit and skunk. Body is light and has a tinge of adjunct flavor. Finish is clean. Terrible.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Quite decent. Somewhat middle of the road, however, as well. Malty, not enough hops for my tastes.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: FEB 22, 2004 Orlando Beer Fest: Golden hue, nice little hoppy flavor. Very nicely balanced beer. Rerate from bottle: dark golden or light copper, decent head. hoppy nose, but a bit metallic in the flavor. I'm downgrading this a bit.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Light golden copper, as label says. Whitish head is small, and mostly diminishing. Light aroma, not much going on. Light bodied, small malts, very big bitter finish, hopped out, apples and hops. Nothing outside of ordinary.
