4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Seems I liked this one more than most. Anyway, 12 ounce bottle from Glenville beverage. Pours golden yellow. Smells and tastes of hops. Delicious. Nice and cold. This will be a great one during the summer. Can’t wait!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
wonderful floral aroma with a hint of citrus, hoppy citrus notes on the palate, with a dry short finish. Very good IPA

3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hoppy, fruity, bit coppery aroma. Hints of sourness and pepper. Nice medium off-white head atop an amber beer, leaves lacing. Medium carb, medium body. Nice flavor - hops, with a little start sweet into bitter end and finish. Pleasant bitter after, hints of pepper. Not as hopppy as other IPAs and could be a little more balanced with malt. Crisp and refreshing.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
I wasnít sure that Iíd like a beer brewed with just Fuggles hops as the only hops, but it was a nice change from traditional IPAs. My only complaint was, it could have used more hops.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
For anyone trying to identify hop aromas, try this one for identifying Fuggles -- you can't ask for a much better example than an IPA that uses a single hop variety. Clear light orange body with medium head. Aroma is floral and wood. Taste has a nice combination of spicy bitterness, and sweetness. Nice dry finish. Overall, a very nice beer.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: MAY 16, 2003 Dark golden in color, clingy foamy head, nice lacing. Mild flowery aroma of hops. Smooth and mild english hops, some malt flavors, light body and very easy to drink, clean finish, too mild for an IPA in my opinion.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Mostly cleat, light amber/orange with a nice big bubbled, soapy head and decent lace. Nose if full of spicy fuggles, malt, hints of wood and butter. Buttery malt sweetness with tons of fuggle bitterness that sticks with you many minuted after. A well balanced IPA. Very enjoyable and one I would go back to.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Not trying to win the battle of the hops. Balance makes it drinkable in quantity. I get a bit on an apple gustation at first sip. Single hop ales are nice in my view.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
hint of malt in the aroma. Not as much hop aroma as I would have expected. A very smooth IPA but not as over the top as expected. I would definitely classify this more along the English style.
