Golden-amber color with a large cream colored head. Fair amount of lacing. A good first IPA of the session. More balance than most and adequetely crisp. Aroma was a bit piney. Grapefruit hop taste. Maybe on the lower end of the IPA hops levels but a tasty beer regardless.

Aroma is stale, weak, slight hop
Flavor is much nicer - fruity hop not bitter
very good mouthfeel with lots of carbonation

Oct 3, 2008 (Bottle) Pours a dark amber color with a decent sized white head. Aroma of light crisp hops and bready malts. Taste includes a lot of unexpected maltiness. Bitter and sour finish. So-so body and high carbonation. Not that great.

Oct 2, 2008 Bottle Pours a copper color with a off white head, light aroma some pine but quite light. Some malts add a touch of sweetness initially but if finishes dry. Nothing big reminds me more of an english IPA than an American. Not bad but not great either.

Sep 30, 2008 Poured a pale copper color with a fairly short white head. Minimal lacing. The aroma was spicy, piney hops with some floral notes. The flavor was light malt with pine and floral hops dominated. Some pepper in there too. The mouthfeel was clean and the finish was expectedly dry.
