Flavor is much the same. Not a bad seasonal, but not especially great or memorable. TheBeerOrg (1596), Kentucky, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Sep 17, 2008 Bright golden with a fully receding off-white head. Aroma of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and clove. Tastes lightly spicy with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin and cider. Thin bodied with soft carbonation. Would be better with a little more body and flavor. rman18 (201), South Amboy, New Jersey, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/10 | 2/5 | 15/20 | Sep 16, 2008 This beer is a light pale color (orangy I suppose) with a small white head (this can be changed with pouring techniques). The flavor is really good with a strong pumpkin taste especially at the first sip with a lot of cinnamon and a little bit of nutmeg and clove. The arome is light and the palate is lacking but overall if you are in the mood for a Pale Ale with a pumpkin taste this is a good beer. This is good as an end of summer beer while the weather is still warm... Once it is cold I want something with more body. dkachur (2445), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Sep 16, 2008 12 oz. bottle from Whole Foods Charlottesville. Best before Jan. 2009. Orange pour (appropriate) with a thin white head. Slight chill haze. Spices come through big in the aroma. Cinnamon mostly. Also some grainy notes. Subtle squash-like pumpkin notes in the taste along with assertive spices. Medium body. TheOrange (421), Kent, Ohio, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Sep 15, 2008 Aroma is light, but what comes through is the pumpkin spice, the clove and nutmeg. The pour is rich golden yellow with a very small white ring of bubbles for a head. The flavor is true to the aroma, the pumpkin flavor, while noticeable, is overpowered by the various flavors of the pumpkin spice. kiefdog (1655), Tampa, Florida, USA

Pours a light golden color with a thin white head. Little lacing. Aroma is spicy with notes of grain, wheat, hay. Flavor is also somewhat spicy with notes of nutmeg, some faint pumpkin, and little else. Generally light body with a slightly bitter finish. Drinkable ale, but not our favorite seasonal.
