Oct 5, 2005 Updated: Oct 8, 2006[At Stockholm Beer Festival 2005] A hazy orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of cinnamon and pumpkin - both very powerful notes. The flavor is sweet and again with powerful notes of cinnamon and pumpkin, but the body is thin. To me this is a Christmas beer - drink it with spiced Christmas cookies.

Oct 2, 2005 Bottled. Clear golden. Aroma of pumpkin, cinnamon and gingersnaps. Sweet with fizzy, rounded mouthfeel, low bitterness. The spices makes in interesting, but the mouthfeel is not very attractive.

Oct 9, 2006 (Bottle 35,5 cl) Clear, fully golden with a small, off-white head. Sweetish, spicy nose. Fairly light body with sweetish caramel notes. Very spicy - cinnamon and cardamom like in those Belgian Bastogne biscuits. No bitterness. 061006

Oct 4, 2008 Bright amber with no head at all. The aroma is all cinnamon candy. Same character 5pervades, highlighting an otherwise thin, empty brew. Light caramel malts. The finish is like soggy cinnamon toast.
