Decent pumpkin wheat ale. Refreshing and not overwhelming like some other spiced fall brews. Fits my taste pattern well. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Its body has a clear, golden amber color with a thin off white head. The body is full of visible carbonation and still the head quickly fizzles down to just a very thin wispy layer. Lacing is minimal and very slick. The aroma is very pleasing but light. There are notes of cinnamon toast, light grain and apple cinnamon cereal. Like the aroma the flavor is light bodied and a little thin. Also there is no real pumpkin flavor. It does have a nice apple cinnamon crumb cake/carrot cake like taste. The finish is quick and fairly clean with maybe just a little bit of sweet spice hanging on. It has lots of active carbonation and with its thin texture it makes for a fizzy feel on the tongue.

A solid seasonal and one of my favorite pumpkin beers. There are so many pumpkin beers and it is nice to find one that stands out.

33cl bottle Amber copper, white head, no persistance. Nose is sweet malty and spicy with cinnamon. Body is light, watery palate, watery taste, just some sugary sweetness. Not so tasty.

Orange hue. Aroma of spiced pumpkin pie. Flavor follows suitÖ decent pumpkin flavor with nice notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, and coriander. Real lively carbonation.

Reviewed from notes. The appearance had a very clear, golden-orange color with an inch and a half thick, fluffy white head. The smell had pumpkin, some cinnamon and nutmeg, some ginger. The taste took the previously mentioned flavors and added some coriander. The palate sat at about a medium and was slightly sessionable. Carbonation assaults the tongue and mouth more so than other "pumpkin ales" leaving a watery aftertaste and a dull finish. Overall, this is just an average pumpkin ale. It was much better combined as a Black & Tan with the Blue Fin Stout by Shipyard.

12 oz can into a pint glass. I really hope this is as bad as the horror stories lead me to believe... A: Pours a hazy golden color. The head is a one finger white shade with bad retention. That combined with nonexistent lacing means this isnít exactly a looker. S: Letís see. Cinnamon and nutmeg notes? Check. Actual gourdy character? Check. Nothing that makes me want to retch? Uh...check! As a complaint, the pumpkin pie character seems weirdly artificial, like some saccharine pumpkin-flavored candy. So while weíre at it...too sweet? Check. I really donít hate the aroma, though; in fact, I actually like it. T: The flavor is a big step down, and itís not good, but itís not the sheer terror I expected. It starts with a light note of allspice, before turning into some weird pumpkin-flavored candy finish. Itís dawning on me - this tastes more like pumpkin-flavored cream soda instead of an actual beer. Like most sodas, itís quite sweet, to the point of being bothersome. Even worse, the sweetness is kind of artificial. M: Light and fizzy. Just like soda, actually. All the carbonation tries to dry the palate out some, but all that sugary sweetness wins out. This combination really taxes the palate after a while: something so light shouldnít be so hard to imbibe. O: I can actually see why this appeals to so many casual drinkers. Itís pumpkin-y (read: spicy) enough, and not very beer-y, so mission accomplished. Beer geeks, though, neednít bother. I really wanted to hate this a lot more than I do. Still, that only means itís wretchedly forgettable instead of wretchedly awful, and Iím not really sure which is worse. PS: I couldnít have been the only one surprised to see this pumpkin soda-- oops, I mean beer get tons of high scores from Untappd users.

12oz bottle. Pale copper, medium creamy head. Aroma noce moscata and pumkin. Also in the taste pumkin cake, sweet spices over a crispy and low bodied lager like beer. Lively carbonation, dry final.

A bit deceptive. Unlike any other pumpkin-themed beers Iíve had. It doesnít have a lot of the pumpkin pie spice aroma Iím used to, and is not as dark as other pumpkin beers Iíve had. not much of a head, either. Ah, but the taste..........thatís itís strong point. Maybe because itís based on a wheat beer, I dunno. Certainly not as heavy and cloying as other pumpkins. Very good.
