Pours a very clear, gold color with a tinge of orange...lighter in color than other pumpkins. Great nose characteristic of pumpkins - cinnamon, spice, and a touch of malt. Taste is ok - the sweetness and spices come out, but it lacks any real beer backbone. It's ok, but not a pumpkin I will be buying again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Strong spicy aroma with the pumpkin pie spices of nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon as well as a bit of pumpkin. Pours orangish-golden colored with a thin white head with poor retention and lacing. Starts with mild pumpkin flavor with a thin body. Finishes smooth with the aforementioned spices asserting control, especially the cinnamon. Decent, but not a lot of pumpkin flavor mostly the spice.

Appearance: pours with a small beige head that dissipates quickly, the beer is a very clear golden color with the slightest bit of amber hues to it Aroma: pumpkin, sweet spice, ginger Taste: sweet, pumpkin, no bitterness, gingerbread Palate: light mouthfeel, lively carbonation, minimal aftertaste Overall: for such a light beer it's sweeter than expected, it's not so sweet that it's not sessionable though, not a bad beer for a warm October day ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Aroma is moderately strong pumpkin pie--nutmeg, allspice. Appearance is light brown with minimal head. Taste is measured pumpkin--identifiable as such but not over the top or overly sweet. Palate is medium bodied with average carbonation. Overall, if you are looking for a pumpkin ale experience, then this would be a flavorful choice that doesn’t beat you over the head.

Originally rated on 11/2/14. Pours a clear golden body with medium carbonation and minimal head or lace. Aroma of allspice, it seems much more ’crisp’ than other beers. Flavor has the same spice to it and lots of honey with very little pumpkin. Rather unusual for a pumpkin beer, kinda like a pumpkin soda, but its not bad.

12 oz bottle poured at my brothers place in Methuen, MA. Pours a clear golden with no head. Smell is not good. I think it’s supposed to be pumpkin but it smells off. Taste is about the same. I’ll drink it but I don’t love it. Barely drinkable.

12 oz bottle served in a pint glass. Pours pale golden with thin white head. Aroma is thin, sweet, and fruity. Taste is very pale malt, thin, with slight sweetness that lingers, light spice, faint pumpkin spice note that lingers in the background.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. Aroma- Has a great pumpkin aroma. Appearance- Pours a golden amber with an off-white head. Taste- I love the pumpkin flavor of this brew. I noticed many don’t care for it. I don’t understand. Palate- A light to medium bodied brew with moderate carbonation. Overall- One of my favorite pumpkin beers

I could only get this in the canned variety. And I love almost most things pumpkin! Not sure if the bottle version is better but this was a major let down, very frothy, a lot of spice notes but a horrible artificial follow through... the end.
