12oz. bottle - pours light gold with a small white head. Aroma of spice, pumpkin pie, sweet, sharp malt, cinnamon. Again, sweet. Flavour is quite sweet, quite a candy-like pumpkin pie flavour. Too sweet I think, but pleasantly drinkable. Nutmeg, cinnamon and other spices comes forward in the middle to finish. I’d prefer something "warmer". Fairly thin in the mouth, a bit too watery. My first pumpkin ale, so hard to compare. I mean...impossible to compare.

Jul 31, 2008 Bottle. Outdated in January. Pours orange. Smell of pumpkin and spices. Taste the same. Pretty good considering how it was outdated. Could only finish one however since these are spicey beers.

Jun 17, 2008 This beer pours a clear bright orange colour with no head. Sweet, pumpkin pie like aroma, spice- possibly nutmeg- light mouthfeel, touch of lemon flavor.

Jun 5, 2008 Very light on the pumpkin. With food it may have gone a bit better but by itself for me it lacked a bit of the body. More malt and caramel sweet than all pumpkin. Some spices but not overly spiced.

May 23, 2008 Bottled from Trader Joes. Pours a medium orange. Very little smell. Strong initial bite to a pleasant pumpkin pie aftertaste. Very much like drinking liquid pie filling. Interesting for a couple sips, below average beer for a whole bottle.
