This beer is just fine until you taste it. It has nice aroma and looks great but the taste is disappointed me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma of intense blueberries, taste is blahh, no thank you. Money wasted on this one. Blueberries and chocolate but in a very unsatisfying way. I love blueberries and was looking forward to this. Never again.

22oz bottle - If blueberries are your thing, this this beer will definitely fill that blueberry craving. Blueberries seem to be that one fruit that harmonizes well with mosts styles that don’t involve hops being a showcased item. I really enjoyed this beer and the blueberry aroma/flavor was about as maxed out as it could be without having a mouthfull of fresh blueberries. The flavor carries with it some light dark chocolate and some roasted malt notes too, but the blueberries dominate. It was actually a nice to mix it up a bit to help give a little depth of flavor. A great fruit beer.

~Strong blueberry aroma with roasty malts, coffee, cocoa. ~Pours black with garnet highlights, small brownish head. ~Dark chocolate flavor, with strong roastiness and blueberry throughout. Blueberry is pretty strong but is fairly well balanced. ~Medium bodied with medium CO2, lingering roasty and blueberry finish. ~Never really know what to expect with fruit beers. This one is pleasant, but I proabably wouldnt buy it again. Worth trying once. Hides alcohol extremely well

"An interesting yeasty/berry blend that is obviously blueberry, but not ONLY blueberry. Thicker feel, though the alcohol makes little showing until the beer warms. Better than expected, though still not good enough to justify revisiting at $8 per."

Pours black with tan head. Big blueberry nose with roasted malt and chocolate aromas. Creamy mouthfeel. Flavor starts off roasted malt and chocolate followed with a fruity light Maine blueberry flavor. This beer finishes with a dry dark chocolate bitterness. The 9% is really masked. The flavor of this beer really surprised me because it wasn’t as strong blueberry as the aroma leads you to think.

A lot of blueberry in the aroma, with some sweet/molasses, and a tiny bit of alcohol. Berry, sweet/caramel flavor, with mild roasted malt. Pretty strong berry aftertaste.

This poured a blueish orange color with a pinkish head. Aroma was fresh blueberry pancakes. Flavor was similar, grainy cake taste too, a little too sweet or this would be top notch.

A 1 pint bottle from Sweden. Conserved in the fridge for a day after resting for several months. Pours dark opaque with a small viscose head lasting through the first quarter of the glass, leaving partial lace. The rich aroma is dominated by overripe blueberries but there is some malt hidden in the background. This is a medium- to full-bodied porter-ale with a very enjoyable mouthfeel : blueberries are great, tart, fruit pudding, chocolate, malt and slightly bitter.... a pastry edge comes to mind after every sip. Aftertaste lingers on and consists of soft chocolate mousse and overripened blueberries. ABV pretty well-masked in the flavor but one still feels the strength. Thank God. Yummy!

65 cl bottle, 9%. Dark brown to almost black color, thick creamy brownish head. Peculiar smell right off the cap, then chocolate and fruit. Aroma is chocolate, dark chocolate with a pungent blueberry aftertaste. Taste is well balanced, fruity sweetness and dark chocolate bitterness, hops stays behind. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, absolutely tasty and to be tried once.

Poured from a 22 ounce bomber. Big blueberry aroma and flavor. The aroma is loaded with chocolate notes, grainy malts, and of course blueberries. The flavor is rich chocolate, blueberry, some fruity esters. The blueberry dominates. If the base was not rich with chocolate this would have been Footbalmed. This is a berry forward chocolaty beer.
