Collint (452), Sylva, North Carolina, USA May 15, 2008 Bottle, thanks to whom left it at our house. Pours a foggy yellow with a light yellow head. Very sweet and creamy. Would be good with an orange, very drinkable. TikiE (360), Sylva, North Carolina, USA May 15, 2008 Pours a hazy orange color with a thin white ring. Smells sweet with citrus and the taste is clean and refreshing that has a hint of wheat. phishpond417 (1861), Madison, Wisconsin, USA May 15, 2008 A nice way to transition into different seasons by tasting this cloudy orange scented brew. Coriander is evident, as mentioned earlier, and its a very pleasent light bodied taste. the head was beautiful with a sweet aroma. I think its AB’s attempt to lure microbrew fans over slowly. I guess its a smart way to start with a witbier. BelgianBeerGal (1276), Sabbatical in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA May 15, 2008 Bottled. Cloudy orange-yellow colour with a medium white head. Yeasty, fruity aroma. Nice flavour but a little heavy on the citrus notes for a witbier. Butters (1622), Virginia, USA May 14, 2008 Updated: Jun 22, 2008Draft at Greenleafe cafe. Very cloudy light yellow with small white head. Bandaid, medicinal, orange fruit aroma (a bit funky actually). Almost tastes infected. Carbonic bite. Tastes of sweet lemons and a bit grassy. Not enjoyable. Bubblegum finish. originial rating 1.8 Second tasting at Colonial Downs was not as bad. Ironbob (1), New York, USA does not count May 14, 2008 Pours orangey gold and has a pleasantly hazy body with a thin head that fades quickly. Smells more like sunny delight than beer. Tastes more like sunny delight than beer too. Not offensive, but the tangerine flavors overpower what redeming characteristics the beer may have. ThaBobfather (178), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA May 13, 2008 I am a fan of wits. This is pretty good. Bud Light attempts wits. But good. Good orangy taste. Pours golden. Arayaga2 (933), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA May 13, 2008 Hazy, mostly opaque orange with a quick-fading white head. Aroma is faintly doggy at first, but settles into artificial orange lemon herbal tea with a bit of ginger. These aroma are faintly represented in the taste, which is just plain watery.
