On tap at Burrito Bar in Brooklyn. Mango coloured body with thin white head. Nose of fruits, sort of. Taste is very watery, only slight notes of fruits, including orange, mango and peaches. Dodgy. Didn’t finish.

Hazy orange with a small off white head. Appearance not too bad. Aroma is a bit weird- has coriander, orange peel and it gets a bit soapy. Taste isn’t terrible, but not very good. Alot of orange peel and spice, touches of soap, with a very small amount of belgian yeast- nowhere near yeasty enough. Body is quite watery. Finish has some lingering coriander, and alot of bitter orange peel- becomes a bit abrasive. Could use more malt/wheat body and complexity, as well as more traditional wit beer yeast qualities. For AB though, this isn’t all that bad.

tap many time over the past few months. pours cloudy orange with a foamy white head. nose is overly sweet with tons of orange peal notes. smells somewhat artificial and plastic like. flavors are cloying sweet with lots of plastic-like citric flavors, like tang drink. palate is somewhat light but not bud thin. finish is lingering with yeast and slight adjunct notes. A valiant effort from bud, but definately not a great wit beer for shure.

Hazed gold, creamy white head. Light earthy wheat and sweet orange aroma throughout. Candied spiced orange and sweet bready flavors dominate from top to bottom. Light bodied, soft carbonation, sweet fruity finish. This must be a joke...

Draft at the Citywalk, Universal City, CA. So the Bartender tells me this is a pumpkin wheat. Does he just get that from the tap handle? I didn’t think it tasted like pumpkin. I got nice citrus in the aroma. Definite orange in there. The flavor fell off quite a bit. Tasted like old Orange juice with a bit of corriander. Sorta sour. Cloudy brown with little head didn’t do much to make it better. But the aroma was good.... Oh, I said that already.

A nice way to transition into different seasons by tasting this cloudy orange scented brew. Coriander is evident, as mentioned earlier, and its a very pleasent light bodied taste. the head was beautiful with a sweet aroma. I think its AB’s attempt to lure microbrew fans over slowly. I guess its a smart way to start with a witbier.

Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with thin white head. The aroma is lemonade and hair conditioner. The flavor is also lemonade, maybe a little blueberry. Sharp acidity comes out in the middle, and a warm fruitiness in the finish. Inoffensive, at least.

Draft: poured a light lemon yellow with a medium sized brilliantly white head. Served too cold limiting the aroma, if there actually is any. Very crisp flavor and a bit too dry for my liking. Light lemony and pretty similar to Blue Moon which I do like. Not a bad attempt from AB for the masses.
