Pours an opaque black with quickly fading brown head and slight ring of lace. Aroma is milk chocolate or cold cocoa. Seems a little artificial, but with how sweet this is, itís not hard to like it. Taste is similar, with an easy-going, low-quality chocolate feel to it. Little malt background, ending in a malty chocolate taste with a slight hint of roast in the aftertaste. Not complex by any means, palate is thin, taste is gentle and fleeting. That said, it exceeded my expectations, stays laid back, is drinkable with nothing offensive. Not that bad, really.

Pours an opaque, super dark brown almost black with a healthy tan head that slowly disappears. Chocolate, almost stout like aroma. Wonderful flavors of chocolate, very light roast, grape? and cheerwine cola. Very soda like with hints of sweet stout flavors.

Bottle - unable to pour out of bottle to look at, VERY chocolatey aroma and flavor, almost too much for me, and not the high quality chocolate, malty backbone, mildly velvety finish - OK for what it is I guess, but there are much better chocolate beers out there ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz screwtop bottle. Pours black with a thin tan head. Big vanilla aroma. Tastes more like soda than beer, maybe a Yoohoo for example.Itís actually not that bad but I do prefer beer to soda so probably will not be drinking any more of these. Plus I see on the label there are artificial flavors added to which I say, screw that.

Bottle. Reminds me of flat root beer with chocolate ice cream. Not bad tasting, but would rather have a good chocolate porter or stout. The artificial sweeteners make it taste like soda not a beer.

12oz bottle. Poured a clear, dark brown color with a small off-white foamy head. Aroma was light chocolate notes, like chocolate milk? Flavor was sweet malts, chocolate. Finish is like Tootsie Rolls. Surprisingly not awful, but a bit too artificial.

Bottle from Walmart. Dark in color. Flavor is chocolate with a little vanilla. The chocolate seems a little artificial. Drinkable, but nothing special.

12 ounce single bottle from a six pack purchased at the local Harris Teeter here in Huntersville, NC. Pours a dark brown color with an off white head. Aroma is chocolate, a touch of vanilla and hops. Taste is pretty sweet with chocolate and a tiny hops bite. Not too bad for a A-B product, Iím mildly impressed.

This beer was very smooth it had a light wheat flavor but had a stronger chocolate flavor. This really finished well all the way through. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
