Pours a deep brown with hints of red where the light gets through on the edges. Fairly large head forms and is tan in color. Aromas of sweet chocolate and vanilla hit right up front. Fairly one dimensional, with sweet notes beginning to end.Starts with a vanilla sweetness that moves quickly to chocolate. Some grainy wheat notes on the back end of the drink.Low to medium in carbonation. Overall its smooth across the palate and extremely easy drinking.

Bottle (Aviano PX); pours dark brown with a beige head; aroma is sweet with cocoa and wheat; taste is sweet with chocolate and a little wheat and vanilla; light bitter finish; nothing really spectacular with this one.

12oz bottle. Poured a brown color with a smaller sized off white head. Chocolate and vanilla. Sweet - if I had to say a positive, a decent Shocktop beer ...

APPEARANCE - dark brown, light brown head which all but disappears immediately after pouring. NOSE - slight bit of roastiness in there. Surprisingly little wheat beer character. FLAVOR - direct hit of chocolate - not too much though. However, I’m bewildered trying to figure out how authentic the chocolaty sweetness is. The vanilla bean aging gives this nice balance.

Can. Pours deep brown with a beige head. Creamy chocolate, vanilla, moderate sweetness, cafe con leche, and a sweet chocolate/vanilla finish. Really not that bad.

Appearance is small tan head with a dark brown color. Aroma is strongly chocolate. Taste is a light chocolate like a scratch n sniff. Overall not a big fan - tastes too much like fake chocolate.

Dark brown colour with a small tan head. Milk chocolate and nougat in the aroma. The flavour is chocolate, malt and some baking soda. Not bad.

This one one of the better ones out of this year’s winter mixpack. Reminded me of last year’s Midnight Wheat. Balance could be a little better, but going in you’d expect that. Sort of a mix between a dunkel and light stout. I wouldn’t go out my way for this, but is a little above average and drinkable.

Bottle @ home, picked up at Wilbur’s in a mixer sixer. Pours a deep brown appearance with a brown head. The aroma is full of chocolate, vanilla, coffee, mild dark fruit, coconut, and some sweetness. Fairly high carbonation. Kind of tastes like a milk chocolate with some orange. Lots of milk chocolate and vanilla. Not much at all on the aftertaste. Kind of strange but not hard to drink.
