3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
bottle. smells decent and the aftertaste is one of light chocolate and slight malt. Very good and surprisingly tasty compared to the regular shock top. Would drink again

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours dark amber with a fizzy/creamy beige head. Aroma is a dilute chocolate? Med body. Flavor is sort of the old style chocolate malt candy. Horlicks? Kind of dry, or at least not too sweet. Another AB beer which demands "why?"

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
(12oz bottle thanks to Dixonian) clear medium amber, wispy bubbles. Nose of wheat, chocolate malt, banana, doesn’t smell half bad. Taste is just ok, banana, wheat, chocolate malt, dry grain, palate finish is just ok, and leaves a less than pleasant taste behind.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Tap: not nearly as good as it sounds from the description. That isn’t to say that it’s bad, though... Solid, fun beer.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Pours a hazy brown with two fingers of white head that quickly fades. Aroma is weak wheat and pepper. Taste is wheat, chocolate and some slight chili with some very faint hop bitterness. Not bad and different enough for a macro brew, but nothing special.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A very nice toasty aroma, a nice aftertaste of Chili, not really noticing the chocolate too much, but it is very well balanced. This is actually my first Shock Top product, and I have to say it is enjoyable. I will now have to try their Belgian Wheat, which I never have since of the macro Belgian Wheats, always was a Blue Moon fan.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Pours an unclear, murky amber/brown with medium head and some spotty lacing. Smell is grain, faint chocolate and pie-like spices. Taste is actually quite bland given the ingredients and mediocre smell. Shows some mild spice, cocoa powder. Weak palate. Overall, neither worse nor better than my expectations. A different spin on a below average line of brews.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Deep reddish brown. Frothy head reducing to soapy. Aroma of wheat and light spices. Didnt get any chocolate really. Not the most flavorful beer. Light to medium body. Props for the concept.

3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy fine to large sized dark auburn colored bubbles that were and left behind a semi-transparent light brown colored body. The mild aroma was wheat. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The mild pleasant flavor contained notes of wheat and hops. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Wheat aroma comes to the nose. Cloudy copper/amber color with a decent foam. Chili and spice overtones with a caramel and wheat background. Overall, not very good quality. Tastes pretty unbalanced. Not the last drink I’d like to enjoy before the end of the world.
