2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Overwhelming nose of Jolly Rancher green apple. Pours a hazy gold with a high, fine-grained, and persistent head. Nowhere near as sweet as I expected from the nose, but there’s still a definite green apple candy note, overlaying a pretty standard wheat beer palette. Finish is long and tart. It’s all right.

Bottle. Cloudy orange color. Smells of ape, spice and wheat. Really interesting. Like a apple wheat beer. Unique

1.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
Cloudy pale gold pour with a thin, soapy white head that has decent retention and leaves some lacing. Aroma of apple Jolly Rancher, light starchy grain and a hint of sweet corny malt. Flavor is apple Jolly Rancher, starchy wheat, bitter medicinal and metallic notes, sweet bread spice and some hot, spicy, fusel-like notes. Light off dry, strachy feel throughout with a, oily undertone. Kinda gross overall, all things considered.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Tastes more like a cider than a beer, with just the faintest hit of wheat. Not too sweet and a tart finish make this fairly drinkable.

Nice but quite incipit. Fine aroma and some nice apple touches. The litle sweet-sour of the American wheat style too.

Very tart...definitely tastes like granny smith. Initially tastes like cider, then has a wheat beer finish. Reminds me of sour apple candy.

WHY ME GOD? WHY? In the interest of trying "something new" I bought this at the local gas statiion tonight. I wish I could blame this purchase on unbridled drunkenness, or the vagaries of youth. Woe is me, that is not to be. If you enjoy jolly ranchers, by all means help yourselves to this crap. If you enjoy the ladies hovering around you like flies around a pile of stinky horse dung, hang with the Blatz, and pass this grotty mess onto your younger brother who doesn’t know any better. Stay thirsty my friends. But quench your thirst with a MAN’S BEER: Blatz! That’s how I roll. Shock Top, my ass.....you suck!

Nice combo of a hard cider and wheat beer, though the ratio would be better if it was shifted more towards the beer and less towards the cider.

Bottle. A curious blend of apple cider and wheat beer. Not quite a sweet as a pure hard cider. Overall quite refrehing!
