Light and refreshing. Less flavor and less put together than Leinenkugelís Summer Shandy but still a decent summer offering thatís a little different than some of the others.

12oz bottle, thanks to Jimmy. Mildly hazy paler yellow color. Bubbles on the side of the glass. Minimal white head, fades to nothing. Iím definitely tasting the "Lemonade Flavor Added." Just tastes like a weak wheat with some lemonade "flavor" -- whatever that means. Sharper carbonation. More dry finish, but slightly syrupy aftertaste.. Just a sweet taste, nothing else. The label claims this is a "Belgian-Style Wheat Beer", but this is nothing like that. As the beer warms up slightly, some slight skunky notes start to show up (nose-smell isnít great either). I havenít had too many shandies, but surely there are better examples of the style. A reasonably drinkable sweet beer, though. I can understand why people who donít know better would be fans of this stuff (sorry Jimmy)

Pours pee yellow with lots of carbonation and a tiny white head. Aroma is lemon and wheat. The taste is thin and watery somewhere between a lemon soda and a bud light. Refreshing for a hot day but not a great beer.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle - drank from bottle, so did not actually see the beer, although I canít imagine it was anything special - typical lemon shandy, pretty much a half beer/half lemonade. Would probably be good on a hot summer day in a refreshing way.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
12oz bottle poured into glass. A shock top shandy, how bad could it be? Not enough lemon flavor, or beer flavor for that matter. All around just a poorly made beer/shandy.

Really a nice crisp brew with not too much of a lemon flavor. Iím not a big fan of citrus in my beer but this one was definitely drinkable. I like Leinieís Summer Shady more but this one isnít bad

Enjoyable, easy drinking summer offering from A-B. I am not fan of strong lemon taste, and this brew is very subtle with the lemon. Worth a try!

12oz. Bottle: Faint aroma of fake lemon. Poured yellow in color with no head. Cloudy. Sparkling. Flavor is light to medium sweet. Tastes of bad lemonade and grains. Light body. Thin texture. Average carbonation. Lightly sweet, lemon and grain finish.

2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours a hazy pale yellow with a thin white head. Aroma has sweet lemon. Flavor is like a skunky busch with a touch of lemon. Light mouthfeel and a mild lemony abrupt finito.
